Main Ingredient

Behind its flavor

A blended mezcal: Arroqueño, Mexicano and Espadín with high alcohol volume consistency and scent. When served on a wide glass it produces a three different size pearl-shaped glare, due to its rich and creamy body.

Harvested espadín (a. Angustifolia)
Domesticated Mexican (a. Rhodacantha)
Arroqueño (a. americana var. Oaxacacensis)


Traditional Process

Heated in a pit oven, organic firewood and stone mill; fermented with well water, distilled in a copper still.
